    我是标杆

    今天楠楠和蓓蓓双双把我当标杆使。
    就是因为我成功地从过年时候的58公斤,减至现在的52公斤。
    当然,这里面也有半年之多。
     
    三人一同讨论减肥之大计,不亦乐乎。
    其实我也没有太去减,就是刻意地少吃一点少吃一点,结果现在吃得真的还不多。
    就这样,就这样,我就被当成标杆了。
    嘿,还别说,这两妞这么一叫吧,我还真来劲了,我也得继续减下去!
     
    用楠楠一句经典的话:
    既然是一起胖起来的,就得一起瘦下去~~~

    汇报一下进展:周四晚上就开始喝酸奶了,由于加班搞不定地瓜,于是喝了超大份的酸奶周六晚上就见效果。
    要不是昨天没忍住,去了趟Pizza hut估计效果更好些。SIGH~~
    后来一直逛街将功补过了。
    本周战果1公斤。嘻嘻~~
    周末照相,本周会急功近利的。汗~~~

    餐单上就写了地瓜,我想应该是红薯,反正我吃的是红薯。

    主要是用里面的粗纤维,然后也是杂粮。碳水化合物没事的啦,你想一顿就吃这些,别的不吃的~~~
    事实光吃这些是不行的,我第一次吃,就吃了一半饺子一个红薯,到晚上就饿了,还吃了一碗方便面~~~

    就开心网上看到的,晚餐吃地瓜(蒸,带皮)一斤,酸奶,苹果。
    由于周末真是稀缺,于是没吃成,还是开荤了。
    不过吃点地瓜是有好处的,确实很排毒

    蓓蓓 ,由于周五晚上无法实施,我是从周六早上开始排毒餐的,刚吃完就有了效果(应该不是排毒餐的效果,应该是正常生理情况)。这排毒餐人会晕的,晚上排毒餐伴饺子,希望我的改良餐应该也有效果!
